MOQ starts at 50 pieces per design for most sportswear and team uniforms, 50 pairs for goalkeeper gloves, and 100 pieces for patches, woven labels, OEM and private-label programmes. The minimum applies per design, not per size — a 50-piece order can be split across your entire size run at no extra cost.

Standard bulk production runs 10–15 working days for sportswear and team uniforms, and 15–25 days for gloves, rubber injection and full OEM programmes. Samples take 5–10 days. Lead time is counted from sample approval and cleared deposit.

Yes. Our in-house design team produces digital mockups free of charge with unlimited revisions. Send a sketch, a competitor reference, a logo file or even a photo — we will turn it into a production-ready design.

Absolutely — private label is a core service. Custom woven neck labels, printed care tags, branded hang tags, poly-bags and retail cartons. There is no Alyexo marking on private-label goods, and we sign an NDA on request.

Standard terms are 50% advance to start production and 50% before dispatch, by bank transfer (T/T), Western Union or Wise. Letter of Credit is available for orders above USD 20,000.

Door-to-door by DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT, typically 3–6 working days to Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia. Sea and consolidated freight are available on FOB or CIF terms, with all export documentation prepared by us.

Yes, and we recommend it for first orders. Sample cost is charged at unit price plus courier and credited back against your bulk order once confirmed.

Every order passes three inspection stages before shipping, and we share defect photographs before dispatch rather than after. Confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced in the next production slot or credited against your following order.
